Description
Easy pineapple cream cheese dump cake with crushed pineapple and cake mix.
Ingredients
1 can crushed pineapple drained
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup yellow cake mix
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Whisk eggs evaporated milk brown sugar salt and vanilla
3. Stir in crushed pineapple
4. Fold in cubed cream cheese
5. Pour mixture into baking dish
6. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top
7. Drizzle melted butter
8. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until golden
Notes
Drain pineapple well
Let cake rest before serving
Serve with whipped cream
