Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Cream butter and sugars
3. Add egg and vanilla
4. Mix in flour and salt
5. Shape dough into balls
6. Prepare pecan topping
7. Top cookies with pecan mixture
8. Bake 12-15 minutes

Do not overbake
Use parchment paper
