These No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are the perfect sweet and salty snack with only 3 ingredients. No oven required, just stir, scoop, and chill!
Ingredients
2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into smaller pieces
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Add broken pretzel pieces and gently fold them into the mixture until evenly coated.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the sheet to form clusters.
4. Gently press down to help them hold shape.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.
Add chocolate chips or a drizzle of melted chocolate for a twist.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
