These Healthy Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Oat Chocolate Crunch Bars are a no-bake, protein-packed snack made with oats, yogurt, and chocolate.
Ingredients
1½ cups rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup dark chocolate chips (melted, for topping)
Instructions
1. Mix oats, peanut butter, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until combined.
2. Press mixture into parchment-lined baking dish.
3. Melt chocolate and spread on top.
4. Chill for 1 hour until firm.
5. Slice and enjoy.
