Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), egg, and vanilla.
3. Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until just combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 8โ10 minutes.
6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
