Soft, moist Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Banana Cinnamon Swirl Bars with Melty Chocolate Chips are the perfect wholesome snack or healthy dessert.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
3. Mix in peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.
4. Fold in oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
5. Spread batter into prepared pan, swirl with extra cinnamon if desired.
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
7. Bake 25–28 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool, slice, and enjoy.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
Swap peanut butter with almond butter for variety.
Bars can be frozen up to 3 months.
