These 10-minute Peanut Butter Clusters are creamy, crunchy, and melt-in-your-mouth good! A no-bake treat made with peanut butter, oats, honey, and chocolate.
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
ยฝ cup honey or maple syrup
2 cups oats or crushed nuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Melt peanut butter and honey together until smooth.
2. Stir in oats or nuts until evenly coated.
3. Scoop onto parchment paper to form clusters.
4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle on top.
5. Chill for 10โ15 minutes until set.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months.
Use maple syrup and dairy-free chocolate for a vegan option.
