1 cup rolled oats and hot water soak
½ cup butter, ¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla
1¼ cups flour, 1½ tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
1. Soak oats; cream butter & sugar
2. Add eggs & vanilla
3. Whisk dry ingredients; combine all
4. Bake 350°F for 30–35 min
5. Cool, then glaze or top as desired
