Soft, chewy healthier oatmeal cookie bars made with just five simple ingredients and loaded with chocolate chips.
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan.
2. Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Press mixture into pan evenly.
5. Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
