Description

Soft and chewy oatmeal breakfast cookies made with almond butter, honey, and raisins.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.

2. Mix almond butter, honey, applesauce, and vanilla.

3. Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and raisins.

4. Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.

5. Bake 10–13 minutes until edges are golden.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep cookies soft.

Use gluten-free oats if needed.

Store in airtight container.
