Description

A naturally sweet oatmeal apple carrot bake with no added sugar or flour. Made with oats, fruit, and simple wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups rolled oats, chopped

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup milk of choice

1 carrot, grated

1 apple, grated

9 dried apricots, rinsed and chopped

4 tbsp raisins, rinsed


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.

2. Blend oats into coarse flour.

3. Mix oats with baking powder.

4. Stir in milk, apple, carrot, apricots, and raisins.

5. Spread into dish evenly.

6. Bake 35–40 minutes until set.

7. Cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Rinse dried fruit for softness.

Do not squeeze apple juice.

Store chilled for best texture.
