Ingredients
1 stick butter (½ cup)
1 cup milk
¾ cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
½–1 tbsp sugar (optional, for dough)
Sugar, for sprinkling on top
Honey, for serving (optional)
Optional toppings: whipped cream, fresh fruit, or berries
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter with milk until steaming.
2. Stir in flour all at once, mixing until dough forms.
3. Cool slightly before adding eggs.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time until glossy.
5. Spoon dough into muffin tins or baking sheet.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
7. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
Best served warm.
Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
