Description

Airy, crisp, and lightly sweet, Nun’s Puffs are golden pastries sprinkled with sugar and drizzled with honey. Perfect for brunch, holidays, or afternoon tea.


Ingredients

1 stick butter (½ cup)

1 cup milk

¾ cup all-purpose flour

4 eggs

½1 tbsp sugar (optional, for dough)

Sugar, for sprinkling on top

Honey, for serving (optional)

Optional toppings: whipped cream, fresh fruit, or berries


Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter with milk until steaming.

2. Stir in flour all at once, mixing until dough forms.

3. Cool slightly before adding eggs.

4. Beat in eggs one at a time until glossy.

5. Spoon dough into muffin tins or baking sheet.

6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.

7. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

Best served warm.
