Healthy 2 Ingredient Apple Oatmeal Cookies with no sugar and no flour.
Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
2 medium apples grated
Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Optional: pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grate apples.
3. Mix apples with oats.
4. Let rest 5–10 minutes.
5. Scoop and flatten cookies.
6. Bake 15–20 minutes.
7. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use sweet apples.
Do not squeeze juice.
Cookies firm up after cooling.
