Description
A healthy flourless oatmeal apple cake made with oats, apples, eggs and maple syrup. Soft, moist and perfect for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 large apple peeled and chopped
2 eggs
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Blend oats into oat flour
3. Add apple eggs maple syrup and cinnamon
4. Blend until smooth
5. Pour batter into baking pan
6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set
Notes
Use sweet apples for best flavor
Do not overbake to keep cake moist
Add nuts or raisins for extra texture
