Description

These no-bake truffle pecan pie balls are rich, creamy, and packed with classic pecan pie flavor. Perfect for holidays and easy entertaining.


Ingredients

Scale

1½ cups finely crushed pecans

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

Optional: melted chocolate

Optional: extra crushed pecans


Instructions

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

2. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and maple syrup.

3. Stir in crushed pecans and graham crumbs.

4. Chill mixture 20–30 minutes.

5. Roll into truffle-sized balls.

6. Dip in chocolate and garnish if desired.

7. Chill until set.

Notes

Best served chilled.

Store in refrigerator.
