Description
A creamy no-bake pineapple dessert with graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and sweet pineapple topping. Perfect refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can crushed pineapple drained
2 tablespoons sugar optional
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs melted butter and sugar in a bowl
2. Press mixture into bottom of baking dish to form crust
3. Refrigerate crust for 20 minutes
4. Beat cream cheese powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth
5. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture
7. Spread cream layer over chilled crust
8. Mix drained pineapple with sugar and lemon juice
9. Spread pineapple topping over cream layer
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing
Notes
Drain pineapple very well to avoid watery dessert
Chill overnight for best texture
You can add toasted coconut for extra tropical flavor
