Description
Chewy no-bake oat bars with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and cocoa for a chocolatey healthy snack.
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup crushed nuts or granola
Optional: dark chocolate chips, chia seeds
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
2. Stir peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder and mix.
4. Stir in oats and nuts/granola.
5. Press mixture into pan firmly.
6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
7. Slice into bars and serve.
Notes
– Press firmly to hold bars together.
– Chill fully before slicing.
– Store chilled for best texture.
