Description
These Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Yogurt Banana Muffin Bars are soft, chewy, naturally sweetened, and made with just five simple ingredients. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy dessert. They take only 10 minutes to prepare and require zero baking.
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups oats
Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional: 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Optional: Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Line a small pan with parchment paper (an 8×8 or loaf pan works great).
2. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
3. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla (if using). Mix until creamy.
4. Stir in oats and fold until a thick dough forms.
5. If using, fold in chia seeds or chocolate chips.
6. Press the mixture firmly into the lined pan.
7. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours or freeze for 45 minutes until firm.
8. Slice into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness and the softest texture.
If bars are too soft, add extra oats or 1–2 tablespoons nut butter.
To make dairy-free, use thick dairy-free yogurt.
Add chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut for variations.
Store in refrigerator up to 6 days or freeze up to 3 months.
