Description
This no-bake caramel pecan fudge is rich, creamy, and completely irresistible. Made without an oven, it comes together quickly and disappears even faster. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or whenever you need a sweet treat in a hurry.
Ingredients
For the Fudge Base:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Caramel Pecan Swirl:
1/2 cup caramel sauce (thick)
3/4 cup chopped pecans, lightly toasted
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
4. Pour about two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan.
5. Gently swirl caramel sauce into the remaining mixture.
6. Pour caramel mixture over the base and swirl lightly with a knife.
7. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the top.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
9. Lift from pan and cut into squares before serving.
Notes
Use low heat to prevent scorching the chocolate.
For clean cuts, chill well before slicing.
Store chilled for best texture.
