Ingredients

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk

2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9-inch pan.

2. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.

3. In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.

5. Pour batter into pan.
