Moist and healthy Million Dollar Pound Cake made with no flour and no refined sugar, ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Whisk yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
2. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour into greased dish.
5. Microwave 3–4 minutes.
6. Let rest before slicing.
Notes
Do not overcook.
Use fine almond flour.
