A soft, cozy maple pecan cottage cheese bake that’s lightly sweet, protein-rich, and perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
3. Stir in oats, pecans, and dried fruit if using.
4. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
6. Cool slightly before slicing.
