These Maple Almond Oat Greek Yogurt Cookies are soft, naturally sweetened, and packed with hearty oats, crunchy almonds, and protein-rich Greek yogurt—a perfect healthy snack or breakfast!
Ingredients

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup pure maple syrup

½ cup chopped almonds or almond meal

1½ cups rolled oats

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet.

Whisk egg, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Mix oats, almonds, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon separately.
