These Maple Almond Oat Greek Yogurt Cookies are soft, naturally sweetened, and packed with hearty oats, crunchy almonds, and protein-rich Greek yogurt—a perfect healthy snack or breakfast!


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

  • ½ cup chopped almonds or almond meal

  • 1½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet.

  • Whisk egg, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  • Mix oats, almonds, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon separately.
