Description

Lazy Amish Pineapple Cream Cheese Pecan Cake made with cake mix, juicy pineapple, creamy cheesecake swirl and crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

3 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 can crushed pineapple drained

8 oz cream cheese softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.

2. Mix cake mix eggs oil and pineapple.

3. Spread batter into baking dish.

4. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.

5. Drop cream cheese mixture onto batter and swirl.

6. Sprinkle pecans on top.

7. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden.

Notes

Drain pineapple well.

Use softened cream cheese.

Toast pecans for deeper flavor.
