These keto Snickers cups are sugar-free, low-carb, and taste just like the classic candy bar with chocolate, peanuts, and caramel.
Ingredients
1½ cups sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup powdered erythritol
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup chopped roasted peanuts
Pinch sea salt
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
2. Spoon chocolate into liners and freeze 10 minutes.
3. Mix peanut butter, sweetener, cream, vanilla, and peanuts.
4. Add filling over chocolate base.
5. Top with remaining chocolate.
6. Freeze 20–30 minutes until set.
Notes
Best stored chilled or frozen.
Use powdered sweetener for smooth texture.
Sprinkle salt before freezing.
