A moist keto pound cake made with almond flour and coconut flour. Perfect low carb and sugar free dessert.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup erythritol
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line loaf pan
2. Mix almond flour coconut flour erythritol baking powder and salt
3. Whisk eggs in separate bowl
4. Add melted butter vanilla and almond milk
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
6. Pour batter into loaf pan
7. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
8. Cool completely before slicing
Notes
Use fine almond flour
Measure coconut flour carefully
Do not overbake
Cool before slicing
