Ingredients
3 eggs separated
3 oz sugar-free dark chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
Butter and sweetener for ramekins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Butter and sweeten ramekins.
3. Melt chocolate and butter.
4. Whisk in egg yolks, cocoa, vanilla, and salt.
5. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar and sweetener.
6. Fold gently into chocolate mixture.
7. Divide into ramekins.
8. Bake 12-15 minutes.
9. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs.
Do not overfold.
Serve immediately after baking.
