Description
Soft, buttery Keto Cheddar Garlic Biscuits made with almond flour and cheddar cheese. Low carb Cheddar Bay style biscuits.
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add eggs, butter, cream and cheese.
4. Mix into dough.
5. Scoop onto baking sheet.
6. Bake 12–15 minutes.
7. Brush with garlic butter.
Notes
Use fine almond flour.
Do not overbake.
Brush garlic butter while hot.
Store in refrigerator.
