Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, mashed
3 large eggs
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line loaf pan.
2. Mash avocado until smooth.
3. Whisk eggs, avocado, oil, and lemon juice.
4. Mix dry ingredients separately.
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
6. Pour batter into pan and top with sesame seeds.
7. Bake 40–45 minutes until set.
8. Cool before slicing.
