These Homemade Super Seed Crackers are crispy, savory, and packed with nutritious seeds. Naturally gluten-free and grain-free, they’re perfect for snacking, dipping, and building an epic charcuterie board.
Ingredients

1 cup (112g) almond flour

¼ cup (32g) ground flaxseed

2 tbsp (14g) whole flax seeds (optional)

2 tbsp (14g) sesame seeds

1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds (optional)

½ tsp (3g) sea salt

¼ tsp (0.5g) black pepper

¼ cup (60ml) water
-
2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground flax, sesame, whole flax, chia, salt, and pepper.

Add water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.

Place dough between two pieces of parchment and roll to ⅛-inch thick.

Score into cracker shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.

Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then break into crackers. Let cool completely.
