Description

These Homemade Super Seed Crackers are crispy, savory, and packed with nutritious seeds. Naturally gluten-free and grain-free, they’re perfect for snacking, dipping, and building an epic charcuterie board.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (112g) almond flour

  • ¼ cup (32g) ground flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp (14g) whole flax seeds (optional)

  • 2 tbsp (14g) sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds (optional)

  • ½ tsp (3g) sea salt

  • ¼ tsp (0.5g) black pepper

  • ¼ cup (60ml) water

  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground flax, sesame, whole flax, chia, salt, and pepper.

  • Add water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.

  • Place dough between two pieces of parchment and roll to ⅛-inch thick.

  • Score into cracker shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.

  • Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then break into crackers. Let cool completely.

Notes

  • Add rosemary, garlic powder, or Everything Bagel seasoning for flavor

  • Keep stored in a dry place to maintain crispness
