Description
Healthy Greek Yogurt Banana Chocolate Brownie Bites made with oat flour cocoa powder and naturally sweet bananas.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup oat flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease mini muffin pan
2. Mash bananas in bowl until smooth
3. Whisk in Greek yogurt honey eggs and vanilla
4. Add oat flour cocoa powder baking powder and salt
5. Mix until smooth
6. Fold in chocolate chips
7. Fill muffin pan cavities 3/4 full
8. Bake 12-15 minutes until tops crack
9. Cool before serving
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for sweetness
Do not overmix batter
