- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
- 2 cups oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand recommended)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the apple sauce, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add oats, almond milk, raisins or nuts, and dark chocolate chunks. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying!

- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Swap raisins/nuts for coconut flakes, seeds, or extra chocolate chunks.
