Description
Fudgy, rich, and guilt-free—these Greek Yogurt Brownies are naturally sweetened with applesauce and packed with protein from Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs
¼ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk Greek yogurt, applesauce, and eggs until smooth.
3. Sift in cocoa powder and almond flour. Stir until just combined.
4. Spread batter in the prepared pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
5. Cool completely before slicing into 9 brownies.
Notes
Don’t overbake—brownies should be slightly soft in the center.
Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
