High Protein Greek Yogurt Banana Cinnamon Snack Cake Slices are soft, moist, and packed with protein. A cozy banana cake with warm cinnamon and chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
3. Add yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Mix dry ingredients separately.
5. Fold dry into wet mixture.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Spread into greased 8×8 pan.
8. Bake 25-30 minutes.
9. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overmix batter.
Use ripe bananas.
Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
