Description
Thick, bakery-style cookies with crisp edges, soft centers, and a gooey white chocolate filling.
Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
8–10 white chocolate squares
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.
2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
4. Add eggs and vanilla.
5. Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Wrap dough around white chocolate centers.
8. Bake 11–13 minutes.
9. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
– Do not overbake.
