2 tbsp Almond Flour
1 tbsp Erythritol
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 tbsp Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Pecans (chopped)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the egg, peanut butter, and heavy cream until smooth.
2. Add almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Stir until combined.
3. Fold in chopped pecans.
4. Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds.
5. Cool for 1 minute before enjoying.
