Soft and fudgy Gluten Free Lemon Brownies bursting with citrus flavor and topped with lemon glaze.
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup gluten-free flour blend
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.
4. Combine dry ingredients.
5. Fold into wet mixture.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes.
7. Cool completely.
8. Mix glaze ingredients.
9. Spread glaze and allow to set.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Use fresh lemon juice.
Chill before slicing for clean cuts.
