Ingredients
3 large eggs
3 cups chopped apples
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch or coconut flour
½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Peel and chop apples.
3. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
4. Combine almond flour, baking powder, and cornstarch.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
6. Add apples, pour into pan, and bake 35–40 minutes.
7. Cool and serve.
Notes
Use sweet apples like Fuji or Honeycrisp.
Can substitute coconut sugar for granulated.
