Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup shredded coconut

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup butter
4 egg yolks

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F, grease and line pan.
2. Whisk butter, sugar, cocoa; add eggs and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour, salt, pecans, coconut; spread in pan.
4. Bake 25–30 min; cool slightly.
5. In saucepan, combine condensed milk, brown sugar, heavy cream, butter; cook until thickened.
6. Temper yolks, cook until custard‑like; stir in vanilla, coconut, pecans.
7. Pour over brownies; cool 1 hr.
8. Cut and serve.
