German Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake is a decadent triple-layer dessert with a fudgy brownie base, creamy cheesecake center, and classic coconut-pecan topping.
Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
16 oz cream cheese
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup brown sugar
2 egg yolks
¼ cup butter
¾ cup shredded coconut
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare brownie base and bake 15 minutes.
2. Make cheesecake batter and pour over brownie.
3. Bake 45–50 minutes and chill.
4. Cook coconut-pecan topping until thick.
5. Spread topping over chilled cheesecake.
6. Drizzle with chocolate if desired.
Notes
Chill fully before slicing.
Use room-temperature ingredients.
