Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips (melted for mixture)
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips (for dipping)
Instructions
1. Mix melted chocolate, peanut butter, and coconut.
2. Shape into discs and freeze 10 minutes.
3. Melt dipping chocolate.
4. Dip cookies and chill until set.
Notes
Freeze shaped cookies before dipping for best shell.
Add flaky salt for bakery-style finish.
