Description
Soft, fudgy cottage cheese brownie bites made with cocoa powder, almond flour, and honey. High-protein and naturally sweetened.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, honey, and almond flour; blend until thick.
4. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
5. Bake 14–18 minutes until set.
6. Cool before serving.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese fully for smooth texture.
Do not overbake for fudgy centers.
