Description
Rich, fudgy, and naturally sweetened — these Chocolate Banana Brownies are made with ripe bananas, cocoa, and Greek yogurt for a decadent but healthy treat.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup oat flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
2. Mash bananas and mix with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
3. Add cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and spread batter evenly in pan.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes, cool completely, and top with melted chocolate if desired.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness. Store in fridge for up to 6 days or freeze for 2 months.
