Description
Rich and fudgy almond flour brownies made with no eggs, no gluten, and no refined sugar. Naturally sweetened and deeply chocolatey.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan.
2. Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla.
4. Mix until thick and glossy.
5. Fold in optional chocolate chips or nuts.
6. Spread batter evenly in pan.
7. Bake 22–26 minutes until edges are set.
8. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
– Use finely ground almond flour.
– Do not overbake.
– Brownies firm up as they cool.
