Description

This Fluffy Cottage Cheese Bread is high protein, low carb, and incredibly soft—perfect for toast, sandwiches, and healthy meal prep.


Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup almond flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions
