Description
Fluffy cloud bread that is light, soft, low carb and gluten free. Perfect for sandwiches.
Ingredients
Scale
3 eggs separated
3 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Separate eggs.
3. Mix yolks with cream cheese and salt.
4. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar to stiff peaks.
5. Fold mixtures gently.
6. Spoon onto baking sheet.
7. Bake 20–25 minutes.
Notes
Whip egg whites properly.
Fold gently.
Toast before eating.
Store in refrigerator.
