Description
Soft and wholesome banana chia squares made with almond flour, oats, and natural sweeteners.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
6 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix chia seeds and water; let sit 10 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan.
3. Mash bananas until smooth.
4. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla, and chia gel.
5. Fold in almond flour and oats.
6. Spread into pan and bake 22–28 minutes.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
Do not overbake.
Cool fully before slicing.
