These Almond Flour Bread Rolls are soft, fluffy, gluten-free, and low-carb. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
2 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Optional: sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease muffin tin or line with parchment.
2. In a bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and milk.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a thick batter.
5. Spoon into muffin tins or shape into rolls, sprinkle toppings.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh almond flour for best results.
Don’t overmix the batter.
Optional toppings include sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything seasoning.
