Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 eggs
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt
1½ cups fresh strawberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
3. Add protein powder, cornstarch, zest, and salt.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Press strawberries into top.
6. Bake 40-45 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Chill before slicing for clean cuts.
