Ingredients

1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: dark chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, chocolate drizzle


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.

2. Whisk together peanut butter, honey, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Stir in baking powder and salt.

4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

5. Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes until set.
